ContentManager manages dynamic contents within a PHP page by using local files with fixed file name extension.
It uses a simple approach that produces a neat role definition between content manager and site developer.
The site developer receives from the content manager just the "names" of the contents he wants to publish. Then it is up to the content manager to provide the contents by means of a tree of folders and HTML files.
