This package can add contact forms to WordPress site pages.

It provides a WordPress plugin that registers a new WordPress post type to show a contact form and send messages to the site administrator with the messages entered by the users in the form.

The plugin register short codes to let the site administrator make the contact form appear on WordPress site pages and posts.

The contact information submitted via the contact forms is stored in a database table maintained by this plugin.

The plugin also sends an email message to the administrator with:

- The contact message subject

- The contact name, email address, and phone number

- The contact message text

- The current site title, URL, and administrator email address
